All deposits are non-refundable
All bookings require a deposit to confirm the scheduled appointment
We value your time and availability and expect the same in return.
Last-minute/same day reschedules and cancelations will be charged 100% of the service fee. If left unpaid, it will result in a blocking of future bookings
All no-shows will be banned from rebooking in the future.
